- Open a private Discord support ticket with your receipt, package, and Aetheria account name.
- Wait for verification and manual Donate Points crediting.
Important Information
- All payments are verified manually. Donate Points are not credited automatically, including promotional bonus points.
- Confirm the recipient, amount, any currency conversion fees, and (for crypto) the correct network and wallet address with official staff.
- Keep your original transaction receipt and submit it only through a private support ticket — never post it publicly.
- Never share your password, one-time codes, or wallet recovery phrase.
